Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel this kind of purchase.

 
Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product that is not yet in our inventory. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellation Terms:

• You can cancel a pre-order that has not yet entered the creation process.
• If your order has already been crafted, it cannot be canceled; however, you can request a full or partial refund. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.

To inquire about the status of your pre-order, please contact me at hookedbyhoneybee@gmail.com. If the item has not yet been started, a cancellation and refund will be processed.
